Pre-development milestones have been reached. Impact investment funds are now being sought for development. Permanent long term financing has been arranged. Construction is estimated to begin in 2023.

Soro International is contributing 50 million US$ in land value in the first phase. A second phase of equal value is available for growth potential. Additional capital will be raised from Family Owned Offices and Impact Investors. A generous percentage of hotel income will fund beneficial impact investments which, while providing a return on investments, finances multiple social and environmental programs.
